Parkinson’s Foundation PD Health @ Home Wellness Wednesday: SPARK Showing

In partnership with the Lewy Body Dementia Association, the Parkinson’s Foundation will host a special viewing of the film SPARK for our Parkinson’s Community. This 45-minute documentary about Robin Williams and his battle with Lewy Body Dementia (LBD) provides a deeper dive into the disease including its biology, clinical symptoms and its impact on both the person with LBD and the primary caregiver. This program will include a brief introductory presentation and conclude with a panel discussion with Movement Disorder Specialist, Dr. Yasar Torres-Yaghi, from Georgetown University Hospital.
