Interactive Symposia on Parkinson’s Disease for Home Health Professionals

Through a grant from Parkinson’s Foundation, Rush University Medical Center – an LBDA Research Center of Excellence – is hosting a virtual symposium specifically for home health care professionals (Registered Nurses, Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists and Speech Language Pathologists) to provide innovative, engaging education on advanced PD, DLB, and related disorders. Presenters Jori E. Fleisher, MD, MSCE and Serena P. Hess, MSN, RN of Rush Parkinson’s Disease and Movement Disorders Program will deliver practical lectures and moderate an interactive panel with caregivers and their loved ones as they discuss the “Daily Life of a Person with Parkinson’s”.
