What is this study about?
VOCALE LBD+ is an 8-week online support program for caregivers of people with Lewy Body Dementia. The program takes place on a private online discussion board, and weekly discussions are meant to enhance caregiver mastery and problem-solving skills related to caregiving.
What’s involved?
By participating in this study, you can contribute to research and development of support resources for caregivers like you. You’ll join an 8-week online support program and be asked to post twice a week on the discussion board. You will respond to weekly topics and prompts specific to caregiving for people with LBD and interact with fellow caregivers by replying to posts. Before the study starts, there is one required, 1:1 training and enrollment session on Zoom. At this session, you will complete baseline questionnaires and learn to use the online discussion board. After the study is over, you will be asked to attend two 1:1 follow-up sessions, during which you will complete another set of questionnaires and participate in exit interviews. All study activity is done remotely, and there are no in-person activities/components.
You can earn up to $250 for participating.
