I dont know where to start? Im 34 my names donna and i look after my mum joan who has just turned 73, she has mixed dementia lewy bodies and alzheimers. I look after her everday as well as work in a care home 6 -1 35 hours a week for the last 18 years! My mum is my world and will always come before my partner/friends. Its really hard and every day is a challenge but i couldnt go on without her. I lost my dad to cancer at 12 and lost my sister mandy in my early 20s to suicide. My life has really changed and also anxiety it at its worse!! I try to take it day by day but each and everyone is a struggle!
