The first national research summit on dementia care and services will be held on October 16 and 17, 2017 in Bethesda, MD. This free 2-day meeting is sponsored by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services as well as private sector organizations.

The goal of this summit is to identify what is known and what is still to be learned through research to improve the comprehensive care, services and support for persons with dementia, families, and other caregivers. The summit is being organized by a steering committee of national experts in care and support, and key stakeholder groups are also contributing to the conference planning. These groups include family caregivers, people with dementia, state dementia programs, dementia care providers, workforce developers and healthcare payors.

While in-person registration is closed, you can still participate by registering and participating remotely via the webcast. Please visit the conference website for more details.
