The following times have been established to help you visit the Chat Room around the same time as other visitors:

10:00 AM EST
1:00 PM EST
5:00 PM EST
8:00 PM EST (Moderator usually in attendance M, T, Th, & F)
11:00 PM EST
 

Overview:

LBDA is proud to allow you access to their Online Chat Room. (For those who are unfamiliar with online chat, it is a virtual method of communication in which all attendees log into an Internet chat room and can view or participate in a text-based discussion. There is no audio or video with an Online Chat and the only software required is a web browser.) Please be aware that the Online Chat Room is a public forum and that what is written there stays there for 24 hours and can be seen by anyone entering the room.

Rules of the Online Chat:

Rule #1 - Please be courteous in your language and manners. Abusers will be promptly removed from the Chat Room and will not be allowed to return. The LBDA reserves the right to remove anyone from the Online Chat who is abusive or disrupts the Online Chat proceedings.

Rule #2 - All comments should be appropriate for reading by the general public.

Rule #3 - No solicitation. Attendees may not advertise or use the Chat Room for commercial activity.

Rule #4 - Don't use UPPERCASE in your email, as emailing in UPPERCASE is considered "shouting".

Rule #5 – Visitors should not append messages with HTML tags.

Rule #6 – Visitors should not give identifying information about themselves such as last name, address, phone number, etc.
