So glad to hear from you. I echo what everyone else says - please, please take care of yourself. Can you afford to pay someone to help you care for your Dad? I became very ill because I didn't look after myself - you have to put yourself first, until you are well enough to go back to caring. Do as much for YOU as you have done for your Dad. There are other alternatives to you doing all the caring, no matter what your financial or family situation is. I'm not dictating, just concerned.

Michelle, I agree with Pat and Lynn and Gerry. It may be hard to ask for help, but remember that it is the best and kindest thing you can do for your dad and for yourself. It is okay to put yourself first in cases like this.
