It would be good to be able to tell others where it is that would be useful in the future to people coming across our posts. This seems to be an often-referenced document.
Also, this is from 2004. Is there anything more recent that is similar, or has Boeve done an update?

Actually, I also downloaded the file on my computer a long time ago. Once you find it, that's the best plan. It certainly is an essential document for Lewy. I also gave a copy to Dale's neurologist and he apparently chose not to read it.

It can be hard to find and Robin is correct when changes are made the link can become useless but until someone tells LBDA they don't know about it !
