Post Aricept and sleep
My husband was prescribed Aricept to be taken at bedtime. He had already been having sleep problems but I am wondering if Aricept is now contributing to them. Just curious if its normally prescribed at bedtime (its the new time release dose). thanks

Welcome. I think my dad was given Aricept in the morning, but I could be wrong. Hopefully someone who has a LO currently on Aricept will chime in… Lynn

Welcome to the forum, Ann. Sorry I don't have any experience with Aricept either. Anyone else have experience with it keeping your LO up at night?

According to Dr Bradley Boeve from Mayo clinic, Aricept should be given in the AM. That is when I have given it to my husband for about six years now and LO sleeps well at night.
