Post Anticholinergics
My husband has BPH and has been treated with Uroxatral(R) for a little over a year. It has given him symptom relief, but I was concerned about its mode of action and whether it was an anticholinergic.

Fortunately, Uroxatral is not an anticholinergic, it is an alpha1-blocker. I tried to find a general list of anticholinergics so I would know if any of Bob's current or future medications might be a problem. I found this information on wikpedia; I know wikpedia is "user created," but it may be a starting point for those of us looking for a basic list.

Here is the URL:

I hope this helps.
