 Fidget toys
After trying many other things for Ken to hold I've found that he really hangs onto a ball I found at a learning store: it's about 5", has many holes, almost like a heavy netting. Several of the holes are filled with a hard plastic bubble that contains liitle beads that rattle. He holds it by the holes and turns it in his hands continually, occassionly tossing it away, but always happy to have it back. It's very handy during changes, otherwise we can't pry his hands off of his clothes/briefs. Gerry, I'm still going to take a pic of the other fidget 'sampler' he has for you. Sorry I didn't do that yet. Happy day, Sher

 Re: Fidget toys
Sher, thank you for that suggestion. I'm saving it for future use. I'd also like a picture of the sampler so I could make one. I think he would use one now. He's unable to do any of the crafts I've bought for him, has long been unable to do the simplest child's jigsaw puzzle and needs something to occupy his hands and concentration.
