Souvenaid is a "nutriceutical" which showed positive results when it was tested in Europe. A clinical trial is beginning in the US for Alzheimer's coordinated through Rush Medical Center. I am wondering if this product is being tested for Lewy Body's any place in the US. Thanks! Tami

It might be easiest to contact the makers of Souvenaid about the studies they have ongoing. They have not seen fit to register their AD trial with the NIH (which is disturbing).

As I understand it, Souvenaid is a drink for memory improvement. Memory is not the key area of dementia in LBD.

I know a few AD researchers and none thought the Souvenaid trial results very compelling. It was a short study and standard dementia tests were not used.
