I have been wanting to upload a photo of my dad for quite awhile, but didn't find this thread until now. As I have paged through all these wonderful photos, something strikes me: Our LBD loved ones all have such spirit, energy, humor in their eyes - even as they are struggling with LBD. And this is one of my favorite photos of my dad - you can see the imp in him. This is Milt Childers, in December 2012, shortly after he moved into the ALF. He lived there for just around a year, then into a SNF residential home where he passed away several months later in the care of hospice. He was immeasurably loved, with his wife and my brother and I at his side along the way and in his final week. Do I ever miss him! (Sorry for how small the photo is - I'm not being allowed to upload anything bigger! If anyone else wants the step-by-step for uploading a pic, just let me know!)

Molly - Forum moderator. My dad's career as a geologist was interrupted by PD and LBD in 2009. I was a respite caregiver for my dad (lived out of state, but visited many times a year). He passed away peacefully in April 2014.
