Thank you all for the suggestions of Seroquel. Is this drug for depression? I notice on looking up this drug the strong recommendation not to give to elderly with dementia or muscle problems. which is my Mom.

Seroquel is an antipsychotic. See a website such as rxlist.com. Or read Boeve's Continuum paper to know how antipsychotics are used in LBD.

 Sleep
My mom had the problem with not sleeping, but the doctor took her off of Exelon...she had gotten down to under 110 lbs and put her on Risperidone. It is our wonder drug at least for now. We're really thankful for it as she sleeps at least 4 - 5 hours at a time. She is not busy ALL the time now, just in the evenings when we have to chase her around to make sure she doesn't get into anything.
I would definitely try the Risperidone if you haven't already...Good Luck!!
