Maybe the enzyme injection of Ceredase could help patients suffering with LBD? They are known to be deficient in the naturally occurring levels of glucocerebrosidase.

Mom is now in her 7th year since diagnosis with LBD. I will travel to visit with her next weekend. She is 83 years old now.

Does anyone know if Ceredase has been administered to LBD sufferers and if so, what were the results?

[My dear, Mom, Beatrice, (born in 1929) was diagnosed with LBD in Dec 2006. She is in a nursing facility in New Brunswick, Canada near rest of family. She has reduced mobility post hip fracture/partial replacement in Jan/11.]
