'Memory Impaired' Bracelet from the Sheriff's Dept.
As of today, Dale now wears a 'memory impaired' bracelet on which is the contact phone number of the Sheriff's Dept and also Dale's personal 'help I.D. number.'
A friend in the Sheriff's Dept. made the arrangements for it. I filled out a form that indicates what meds to avoid in treating him and who should be contacted if he gets away from me and wanders.
Dale wanted to wear one. It is stainless steel and he will wear it always... even in the shower. There was no charge for it.

Re: 'Memory Impaired' Bracelet from the Sheriff's Dept.
I got an ID bracelet for Frank, he didn't want it but he has taken off a few times. It has his name, address, our home and cell numbers and Lewy Body Disease. I would have liked to say dementia because if someone was trying to help him, it says it all. But I think disease will alert them and they have both phone numbers.
