I'm sure you have additional angst about your mom, but since your dad is so dependent on others for his well-being, you know you did the right thing. I'm glad the social services your dad is now receiving are helpful - it takes some of the burden off you being "the bad guy" even if your mom does think she knows who is trying to protect your dad by calling APS. The state is obligated to help him and check up on him whether your mom likes it or not, which probably reduces your anxiety a lot. I hope your mom allows you and your siblings to see him if/when he is at home with her. Lynn
