To all,

Mom is under hospice care now. I am relieved knowing that should anything happen to her in the near future or even months from now, she will be kept comfortable. The care and love will remain the same at The Aristocrat Assisted Living Facility. They absolutely love and adore her !!!

As a family friend said, "It's just another level of advocacy for Mom".

I will keep you posted as to how Mom and I are doing.

Wonderful that you took the advice of many here and got your mother on hospice.

My prayers are also with you and your mom at this time in your lives. I think that the family friend said it the best: Looking back now at my dad I know that he was dx with dementia a few years back and I now know that it was LBD that he had and he was in hospice care and they were all right there with him right to the end - it was very peaceful for him throughout the times that he knew what was going on and even when he didn't, you couldn't get much better care than he got even if he had been at home with mom. I think and feel that you have done the right thing here for your mother.
