Just thought I'd introduce myself. My father was diagnosed with LBD in April of this year. He's 74 years old and living at home. My husband and I have just moved from Australia to help take care of Dad and help Mom out for a while. The disease was/is definitely taking a toll on Mom and she needs the help.
We are in the thick of things trying to get him on the right meds and everything balanced as well start getting the legal aspects of things in order. It's a lot to deal with but we're plugging away one day at a time. Dad was just recently in the hospital for a pulmonary embolism so that's the latest drama. He hasn't been doing that well since the hospitalization and meds are being changed so it's a bit rough right now.
