My husband started on the Excelon Patch 4 days ago. I can tell a difference in his energy level but he is still confused about things and forgets sometimes. His dragging foot may be a little better also. But the strangest thing is this. . . .after 4 mos. of urinary incontinence, it suddenly stopped yesterday. No wet pants, no Depends, no mopping floors all day. Does Excelon help with incontinence or is this just a coincidence? Patsy

It didn't help my husband in that department. If probably depends on what is causing the problem.

Exelon didn't help in that area for my husband and I am not sure I ever heard anyone else mention that it did help !
